My diverse work experience has enlightened me about the many areas of physical and emotional stress people experience in life. I chose to become a massage therapist so I can help facilitate comforting changes in others' lives.

As a graduate of the American Institute of Wellness and Beauty Massage Therapy Program based in Florida, I hold licenses to practice in both Florida and Massachusetts. In addition, I'm nationally certified by NCTMB and am also a member of the AMTA.
Stacey Tufts, LMT
We are all a work in progress and that is why I love to learn different skill sets because each client's needs are unique. Massage therapy provides endless opportunities for relieving daily stress that can affect us mentally, emotionally and physically.  These stresses can become cumulative over time.
Most recently, I completed my certification from the ICTA (International Cupping Therapy Association). I have attended multiple workshops about soft tissue release formats including Myofascial Release by John F. Barnes and Walt Fritz, PT.  I look forward to meeting new clients and enjoy sharing the network of local business owners and practitioners. I am grateful for the people that surround me.

Life's too short to be so serious all the time...so yes, I have a sense of humor and love to see people smile! So let's all feel good...smiles are contagious!

Client Testimonials

Excellent!
Very professional; Stacey is very knowledgeable, I felt she understood my health concerns and offered a variety of techniques to help. I will definitely being going back! - D.W.  January 22, 2012

Pain Free!
I have been experiencing pain from tension. The massage was worked on knots that have been forming for years. The salon is calming, atrractive and inviting. Stacey explains options and responsive to the needs of the client. I have made some consecutive appointments to work on the knots!  -C.S. January 20, 2012

Best birthday ever!
I was given a massage for my birthday at heart2hands. The location is easy to find and the second floor, where the massage takes place is extremely clean and comfortable. The massage was "full body" in every meaning of the term. Including a face and scalp massage. I was surprised as other massages i have had have never included this! It was the most relaxing hour of my year! My massage was incredible, she was extremely knowledgeable and even gave me tips on how to stretch areas I had tension in.  - B.Powers  Nov 17, 2011

Loved it!
Stacy was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I opted for half therapeutic (relieving tension in my upper back) and half relaxation. She used a few different methods, including cupping which I had never tried before. Overall I highly recommend. - J. Van Dyke Sep 29, 2011

In today’s society, on a daily basis we’re lacking natural personal interactions because we have increased our boundaries and barriers.  We have come to accept this as “normal” behavior.  Over time, I have observed that the standard greetings of a handshake or a hug are almost eliminated when we meet others.  When we reach out to another individual, our behavior is guarded and the greetings are almost impersonal.

It is my goal to re-introduce society to an acceptable form of touch by experiencing therapeutic massage therapy.  Massage will introduce you to the pleasant experience of a healthy, healing touch, provided by a professionally licensed therapist. By you allowing me to provide these services, it allows me to pay it forward to the next person.
